This SINGLE/MULTI-LAYER CO-EXTRUDER CAST EMBOSSED FILM line is designed for producing embossed film, backshet for hygienic material with LLDPE,LDPE,HDPE and EVA

Co-extruded by two or more extruders to produce co-extruder multi-layer film with less production process, low energy consumption, and low cost.
Equipped with touch screen and PLC/
Newest designed rewind tension control unit to ensure precise,stable,reliable tension control.
Characteristics of Product
The multi-layer co-extruded film from cast process has superior properties from different raw materials and good appearance because it combines different raw materials with different properties during extrusion and gets complementation in properties, such as anti-oxygen and dampproof barrier property, pemeability resistance, transparency, fragrance keeping, heat preservation, auti-ultraviolet radiation, pollution resistance, low temperature heat sealing and high strength, rigidity and hardness etc., mechanical properties.
Thinner and better thickness uniformity.
Good transparency and heat sealing.
Good inner stress and printing effect.
