Can you provide OEM service?

Yes, it is available

How about the detail information of your product?

We can provide main technical parameters, performance, structure of the products etc according to customer requirements. 

Can you provide pre-sales training?

It is available as long as customers need

Any after-sales service?

If the product is damaged due to customer's incorrect handing, the customer should bear all the costs including costs and freight charges etc, during the warranty period, however, if it is damaged caused by our manufacturing failure, we will provide free repair compensation or replacement.

How about installation and training?

We could provide customers with free installation and training, but the customer is responsible for round-trip tickets, local meals, accommodation and engineer allowance.

How about the quality guarantee period?

The quality guarantee period of the product is 12 months after leaving the Chinese port.

How about payment?

Usually T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight to be used at the business and however, some areas need to confirm the L/C by third party's according to the requirement of Chinese bank.

About the price

We will give you the best price according to whether you are a dealer or a final user.

How About your delivery time?

In general, the delivery time of the ordinary equipment will be 30-60 days after receipt of the deposit. However, for the delivery time of the special or large scale equipment will be 60-90 days after receipt of payment.

Can you provide free samples?

We do not provide samples for the complete machine. In order to support our distributors and customers, we will give a preferential price for the first few machines and the samples for the printing consumables, but the freight should be borne by the distributors and customers.
