Features and advantages

1. Using Taiwan and Japan servo motor to control bag making length in high precision, and using Taiwan and Japan inverter to allow AC motor and heater to achieve high efficiency and low power consumption. Most parts of machine are controlled by servo motors to ensure high precision and stability, including the hole punching part, string inserting part, film feeding part, swing roller system, traction feeding and roll rewinding part,and so on.

2. It has a swing roller and a dual sealing blades system in the side sealing part, which can complete the efficient bag making process of sealing two bags at the same time with one time blades drop. At the same time, on behalf of the swing roller system, the tension is always within the best status during the film moving, and the ready roll’s sealing seam appears perfectly.

3. The rewinding part comes with a high compatibility, which can not only able to complete the interleave draw string, but also the perforating draw string bag making. Moreover, it can be equipped with a full-coverage water-soluble labeling machine due to its good expandability.

Different from the regular heavy copper blade that is on the conventional machine to seal the bag’s opening, this machine applies with electric heating wire and high-temperature hot wind to seal the bag’s opening. The sealing process can be completed during the high speed of film movements, realizing high-speed bag making.

5. PLC and touch screen control, lead to intuitive display and convenient operation. If any fauilures occur, the touch screen will indicate the fauilure on which part of machine.

6. The smart system provide with automatic one-bottom speed regulation. And the temperature control system, when the temperature difference exceeds 10°, machine will stop automatically.
