1. Using Taiwan and Japan servo motor to control bag making length in high precision, and using Taiwan and Japan inverter to allow AC motor and heater to achieve high efficiency and low power consumption.
2. Dual line, dual servo motors and dual rewinding independent turning plate design enables printing bags on both sides and bagl making in different lengths at the same time.
3. PLC and touch screen control, lead to intuitive display and convenient operation. If any failure occur, the touch screen will indicate the failure on which part of machine.
4. The smart system provide with automatic one-bottom speed regulation. And the temperature control system, when the temperature difference exceeds 10°, machine will stop automatically.
5. Equipped with double storage racks, four sets of EPC,automatic film-clamp and film sealer, so that can making bags in high-speed conveniently.
6. Also suitable for bag making with various of compostable and bio-degradable films. It has practical and effective designs from the film tension control, bottom seal heating fastness, and smoothly needle pulling-out at rewinding and so on.
