1. CLAMPING UNIT
Box-type bracket plate and template conjoined structure.
● Using the technology-leading five-point double toggle oblique clamping
● Adopting mechanically adjustable and moveable plate support etc. to make sure the clamping rigidity and high reliability
● European Standard plated layout with both T-shot and tap holes. It is more convenient for installation and removal of mold.
● Low voltage mold protection function.

2. INJECTION UNIT
Optimized design of precision plasticizing system
● Optimized design with superior quality nitrogen alloy steel screw and barrel
● Dual-cylinder balance injection unit and double guide column linear guide supporting, forcefully closed type base advance device.
● Multi-stage pressure and multi-stage injection speed adjustment
● Automatic (manual) proportional back pressure regulator

3. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
● High response oil circuit design
● The system has employed pressure-flow ratio control
● Oil temperature deviation alarm function
● World-renowned brands oil pump and control valves, more outstanding performance of pressure supporting.

4. CONTROL UNIT
● Equipped with high-performance imported controller, The control panel applies Color large screen LCD display technology, of which detect production process and display all kinds of malfunction analysis
● PID temperature control which combined with high precision electronic ruler and computer controller, regulate motions of injection, pressure keeping, smelting and backpressure to ensure the quality of molded products and continuity of production.
